| Exchanges and Returns Policy | Customers may test the PROdb service on single database at no cost, and the trial period may be extended. While the service is pre-paid per period, it may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are available for unused service, in monthly units, in the event that more than one (1) month’s worth of fees have been paid in advance. |
| Delivery Times | A trial database with no configuration or content can be prepared within one hour. Professional services for building your database are available on a project basis. |
